摘要
再热蒸汽温度对于发电效率影响很大,低氮燃烧技术改造后再热蒸汽温度的调节对策一直是值得电力工作者深入研究的课题。在低负荷的运行常态下,变负荷工况下机组特性以及再热汽温的调节均发生明显变化。针对锅炉机组进行低氮燃烧改造后变负荷下,再热汽温普遍偏低的问题进行了原因分析,提出了再热蒸汽温度的调节对策。该调节对策在330 MW锅炉上得到了实施,减小了变负荷下再热汽温的波动,为再热蒸汽温度的稳定提供了经验。
Reheat steam temperature has great influence on power generation efficiency.Regulation measures of the reheat steam temperature after low NOx combustion modification has been worthy of further study for the electric power workers. In low load conditions, the characteristics of the unit and the control ofreheat steam temperature change significantly with variable load. As the reheat steam temperature under the variable load is generally low after the low NOx combustion modification of the boiler, the cause analysis is carried out, and the countermeasures for the reheat steam temperature regulation are put forward.The adjustment strategy was implemented on the 330 MW boiler, which reduced the fluctuation of the reheat steam temperature under variable load, and provided experience for the stability of the reheat steam temperature.
