摘要
基于燃煤电厂选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝原理,揭示氨逃逸的原因和对机组运行的危害。分析认为,影响SCR脱硝系统氨逃逸率的因素包括脱硝催化剂性能、烟气流场均匀性、锅炉运行方式、喷氨控制逻辑、仪器仪表及测量方式等。针对SCR系统氨逃逸率的影响因素,结合电厂机组实际运行情况,提出降低氨逃逸率的控制策略,可为国内燃煤电厂超低排放改造及SCR系统性能优化提供参考。
Based on the reaction principle of SCR denitrification system, causes of ammonia escape and hazards to coal-fired power plants are revealed. Factors affecting the ammonia escape rate of the denitrification system include denitrification catalyst performances, flue field uniformity, boiler operation modes, ammonia injection logic system, measurement gauges and methods, etc. According to these influencing factors and units operational status, control strategies for reducing ammonia escape rate are proposed. It provides guidance and reference for ultra-low emission modification and performance optimization of SCR denitrification system in domestic coal-fired power plants.
