热分析方法评价冲天炉炉渣的火山灰活性

Determination of Pozzolanic Activity of Cupola Slag by Thermal Analysis

采用热分析法和快速实验法测量了冲天炉炉渣的火山灰活性。根据热重分析(TG)结果可以得出,冲天炉炉渣具有火山灰活性,且7 d以前的水化速率较慢,7 d后水化反应速度加快。其分析结果与快速试验法的结果一致。

Pozzolanic activity of cupola slag was investigated by thermal analysis and rapid experimental determination methods.Experiments using TG and rapid experimental determination of cupola slag pozzolanic activity were conducted.The TG results show that cupola slag has obvious pozzolanic activity and the early hydration rate is slow,but the later hydration rate is rapid.They are consistent with the results by raped experimental determination methods.
