Key Points of Rain Leak Prevention for Modern Chinese Style Buildings

新中式住宅的自身特点决定了这类建筑有一些渗漏薄弱点。经过梳理研究,文章中针对窗口周边、天沟檐口、砌体填充墙、天窗和下沉小院等薄弱部位,提出了一系列细部节点的审查要点。同时,论述了施工中样板引路、隐蔽验收、淋水试验的重要性。对于已出现外墙渗漏的三种典型情况,分别给出了在实践中有效的维修方案。

This paper studies rain leak prevention for modern Chinese style residential buildings.The paper starts with the characteristics and vulnerabilities of modern Chinese style residential buildings,and then puts forward several pre-control methods for rain leak prevention.For the buildings that have been leaking after rain,this paper suggests some repair solutions.It is hoped to provide a useful reference for the constructors involved in this type of building.
