With the rise of the prefabricated component industry,the prefabricated parts have exposed various problems in the traditional production management process.The appearance of the BIM (Building Information Model) technology brings many conveniences to the traditional prefabricated industry.In this paper,the application of the BIM technology in the prefabricated parts factory is introduced from many aspects.The problems of the production and management of the prefabricated parts factory are solved.The BIM technology plays a more and more important role in the field of the prefabricated parts.
