摘要 对某工程铸钢节点进行有限元分析,节点类型根据几何形状分为V、Y和X型。利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立计算模型,设计参数包括管径、壁厚、分叉角度等;然后在不同工况下对节点进行受力性能分析;结果表明:铸钢节点的应力、变形均满足设计要求,具有较大的安全储备。 The finite element analysis of cast-steel joints in a project is carried out.The types of joints are divided into V,Y and X on the basis of their geometric shapes.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the calculation model.And the design parameters include pipe diameter,thickness of wall,bifurcation angle,etc.Then,according to different force situations,the structural behavior was analyzed.The results show that the stress and deformation of cast-steel joints meet the design requirements and have a large safety reserve.
