2018年,煤炭先进产能释放加快,全国煤炭生产量和净进口量均较快增长,库存总体上升;在电力行业拉动作用下,煤炭消费呈现较强增长;全年煤炭价格稳定,煤炭企业经营形势稳中向好,煤炭采选业固定资产投资回暖。全国煤炭经济运行平稳,但数据显示供需存在较大缺口,需从供需两侧进行认真审视。展望2019年,全国煤炭需求增长不会如2018年乐观,煤炭生产有望进一步释放,煤炭供需将相对宽松。建议2019年完善相关制度,重点做好煤炭消费总量控制工作。

In 2018,with the acceleration of the release of advanced coal production capacity,the whole coal production and net imports were a substantial growth.The coal stock have risen nationwide.Under the pull of the electric power industry,coal consumption shows a strong growth.The price of coal is stable in the whole year,and coal enterprises business situation is stable and good,and the fixed assets investment in coal mining&washing industry has recovered.The coal economy is running smoothly,but the data show that there is a big gap between supply and demand,which needs to be carefully studied from both supply and demand sides.Looking ahead to 2019,China’s coal demand growth will not be as optimistic as 2018,coal production is expected to further release,coal supply and demand will be relatively loose.It is suggested that the relevant system be further improved in 2019,with emphasis on the control of total coal consumption.
