摘要 [目的]解决湖南地区交播草坪春季草相平稳转换难的问题,保证交播草坪春季转换草坪质量。[方法]采用随机区组试验设计,对2个黑麦草品种交播的"兰引3号"结缕草交播草坪设置不同修剪高度,研究其对交播草坪生理及生化指标的影响。[结果]2个黑麦草品种交播草坪的NDVI指数、绿色指数、"兰引3号"结缕草密度、黑麦草体内丙二醛含量和相对电导率均呈上升趋势,黑麦草密度呈下降趋势。[结论]随着时间推移,不同高度的修剪对黑麦草的生长起到抑制作用,交播潘多拉草的草坪当修剪高度为3 cm时,草相平稳地在50 d内转换完成,效果最佳;交播蒙特利草的草坪当修剪高度为2 cm时,60 d才基本转换完成,转换时间长,此时蒙特利草仍未完全消退。 [Objective]To solve the difficult problem of getting cool-season turfgrass properly transitioned to warm-season turfgrass in spring and ensure the quality for overseeded turf in Hunan area.[Method]Random block dessign was adopted.Different mowing heights were designed.The effects of overseeding turf on the biological characteristics and physiological index were studied.[Result]The NDVI index,green index,the density of Zoysia japonica Lantai No.3,the MDA content and relative electrical conductivity presented rising tendency,while the turf density declined in ryegrass.[Conclusion]Different mowing heights can effectively inhibit the overgrowth of ryegrass.It takes less than 50 days to completely transitioned for Panterra under 3 cm mowing,it takes 60 days to completely transitioned for Monterey under 3 cm mowing,while Monterey are not completely dead.
