摘要 [目的]探讨不同浓度山东芫荽精油对小鼠氧化性以及SOD和POD活性的影响,以期为芫荽的进一步开发利用提供依据。[方法]以不同浓度的山东芫荽精油喂食小鼠,研究山东芫荽精油对半乳糖氧化小鼠模型肝脏、心脏、肌肉丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。[结果]山东芫荽精油可以缓解半乳糖氧化模型小鼠肝脏和心脏的氧化程度,但对肌肉MDA含量的影响不大。喂食芫荽精油可以增加小鼠不同组织中SOD活性。在该试验饲喂的芫荽精油量范围内不能很好地提高小鼠肝脏、心脏、肌肉的POD活性。[结论]山东芫荽精油可以缓解小鼠肝脏和心脏的氧化伤害。 [Objective] To explore the effects of Shandong coriander essential oil on the oxidative performance and SOD,POD activities in mice and provide basis for the utilization of Shandong coriander resources.[Method]The effects of Shandong coriander essential oil on malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities in the liver,heart and muscle of galactose-oxidized mice were studied.[Result] Shandong coriander essential oil could alleviate the oxidative degree of liver and heart in galactose-oxidized mice,but it had little effect on the content of MDA in the muscle.Feeding mice with coriander essential oil could increase SOD activity in different tissues of mice.Feeding mice with oriander essential oil could not improve POD activity in the liver,heart and muscle of mice.[Conclusion] Shandong coriander essential oil could alleviate the oxidative damage to the liver and heart of mice.
