摘要
[目的]研究电动割胶刀配套电池在橡胶树割胶中的应用效果。[方法]采用DCL6104可编程直流电子负载测试标识不同容量的电动割胶刀配套电池的容量、电池空载/负载动态循环放电次数,分析研究应用效果最佳的电动割胶刀配套电池。[结果]2、4 Ah的电池容量不足,6 Ah电池容量足;电动割胶最节约耗电模式动态参数为空载电流/负载电流分别为0.03 A/3 A,在此模式下,2、6 Ah的电池动态循环放电次数分别为152、494次,6 Ah容量的电池能够满足一个割胶树位的电动割胶耗电需求。[结论]该研究验证了电动割胶刀配套电池的容量及在橡胶树割胶中的应用效果,为电动割胶刀配套电池的选择提供了理论依据和数据支撑。
[Objective]To study the application effect of matching battery of electric tapping knife in rubber-cutting.[Method]Battery capacity and circulation discharge times were tested.The best battery supporting electric tapping knife was analyzed and explored.[Result]The battery capacity of 2 and 4 Ah were not sufficient.The battery capacity of 6 Ah was sufficient.The most energy saving mode was 0.03 A no-load current & 3 A load current in dynamic circle.The circulation discharge times with battery capacity of 2 and 6 Ah were 152 and 494 times respectively.The battery capacity of 6 Ah can meet the needs for the electric tapping knife to cutting one rubber tree position.[Conclusion]The experiment validates the effectiveness of the battery capacity in rubber-cutting.This study provides theoretical basis and data support for exploring the choice of matching battery of electric tapping knife.
