摘要
通过畜产品加工课程的翻转课堂和教学做一体化教学模式的实践,结合自己的教学经验,与传统的课堂教学进行对比,阐述了PDCA循环法在2种教学模式中的应用,并对教学质量的提高所需要注意的问题以及授课教师面临的挑战进行了探讨,以期提高教学质量,为培养应用型创新人才提供新思路。
By combining the flipping classroom and teaching-learning-doing teaching models in the livestock products processing course with our experience,it was compared with the traditional teaching model,the application of PDCA circulation in the two teaching models were expounded.In addition,the challenge faced by teachers and the problems for improving the teaching quality were discussed,so as to enhance the teaching quality and provide new ideas for training applied and innovative talents.
