摘要
文章研究了一种山茶润肤油的配方及制备工艺。首先对市售山茶油进行冬化处理,考察不同冬化温度对山茶油耐寒时间的影响,得出山茶油在4℃下冬化24 h可以达到较长时间的耐寒稳定性和较好的固液分离。以冬化后山茶油为基础油制备润肤油,以黏度和感官评分为指标,对制备的润肤油进行考察,得出最佳配方为山茶油58.2%、甜杏仁油25%、GTCC 15%、茶树精油0.8%、维生素E醋酸酯1%。在该配方下制得的润肤油清除DPPH·、·OH和O_2^-·的半抑制质量浓度(IC_(50))分别为15.37、36.14、46.15 mg/mL,表明该润肤油具有良好的抗氧化性。
In this paper,the recipe and processing of a skin care oil based on camellia oil are explored.Firstly,the winterization of the commercially available camellia oil was made,and the effect of different temperature on the low temperature stability of camellia oil was studied. The results showed that with cooling treatment at 4 ℃ for 24 h,better stability at low temperature and better oil separation were achieved. After the winterization,the camellia oil was used as the base oil,and the four kinds of different substances were compounded.With the viscosity and skin feeling as the indexes,the best recipe was obtained as follows:camellia oil was 58.2%,sweet almond oil was 25%,GTCC was 15%,tea tree oil was 0.8% and vitamin E acetate was 1%.The semi-inhibitory concentrations(IC50) of the skin care oil to DPPH·,·OH and O2^-· were 15.37 mg/mL,36.14 mg/mL and 46.15 mg/mL, respectively.
