含电动汽车配电网重构的可靠性考虑 被引量:6

Reliability Consideration of Distribution Network Reconfiguration with Electric Vehicles

摘要 电动汽车(EV)是新出现的一类大型用电负荷,既环保又经济。电动汽车的接入给配电网系统重构带来了大的挑战。基于配电网可靠性和网络重构方面的研究,提出了一种考虑配电网可靠性及含电动汽车下的快速重构方法。选取有功网损指标、平均供电可用率指标和系统供电量不足指标作为评价指标体系。构造满意度评估函数进行量纲统一,将多目标函数通过判断矩阵法转换为单目标函数,实现对配电网系统重构的快速计算。算法在重构后期引入可靠性评估,在考虑系统可靠性的情况下,降低了计算时间。在此基础上,基于粒子群算法,对含电动汽车的IEEE-33节点系统进行仿真。仿真结果验证了此方法的正确性及有效性。通过配电网重构,可以进一步提高能源利用率及经济性。 Electric vehicle (EV) is a new type of large power consumption load,which is both environment-friendly and economical.The access of electric vehicles brings great challenge to the reconfiguration of distribution network.Based on the research on distribution network reliability and network reconfiguration,a fast reconfiguration method considering reliability of distribution network and the load of electric vehicle is proposed.Active power loss index,average power supply availability index and system power supply insufficiency index are selected as the evaluation index system. Constructing satisfaction evaluation function for dimensional unificationand the multi-objective function is transformed into single objective function by judgment matrix method,so that the fast calculation of distribution network reconfiguration can be realized.In the later part of reconstruction,the reliability evaluation is introduced,and the calculation time is reduced when the system reliability is taken into account.On this basis,based on particle swarm optimization (PSO),the simulation of the IEEE-33 node system with electric vehicles is carried out.The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.Through reconfiguration of distribution network,energy efficiency and economy can be further improved.
