电絮凝法处理煤气化灰水的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用铝极板电絮凝法处理煤气化灰水废水,结果表明电絮凝法对煤气化废水的悬浮物表现出良好的去除效果。文中考察了静置时间﹑反应时间﹑电流强度﹑极板间距等因素的影响,研究表明静置10 min,反应时间6 min,电流强度20 A,极板间距10 mm条件下处理效果最好,在最佳工艺条件下处理后浊度为27.7 NTU,悬浮物去除率达到89.5%,电耗1.10 kW/m^3。电絮凝作为一种环境友好型技术,能耗较低,自动化程度高的污水处理法,具有较强的推广应用价值。 Coal gasification wastewater has been treated by electro coagulation technique using aluminum electrode.The experimental results show that the electrocoagulation has a good removal effect on the suspended solids of coal gasification wastewater.The influences of the factors on the removal efficiency were investigated,such as standing-time,electro coagulation time,current intensity and polar plate distance.According to the study results,the removal efficiency isthe best with the standing-time of 10 min,electrolysis time of 6 min,current intensity of 20 A,plate distance of 10 mm.Under this optimal electro coagulation conditions the turbidity value of wastewater is 27.7 NTU,suspended solids removing rate is 89.5%,electricity consumption is 1.10 kW/m^3.Electro flocculation is an environmental-friendly technology and has value of popularization and application by its low energy consumption and high level of automation.
