减压条件下C_(13)—C_(16)正构烷烃体系汽液平衡测定与关联 被引量:2

摘要 为确定连续精馏分离正构烷烃过程中的相平衡模型,在5 kPa条件下以C_(13)—C_(16)正构烷烃混合液为原料,采用单级循环汽液平衡装置分别测定C_(13)-C_(14),C_(13)-C_(15),C_(13)-C_(16),C_(14)-C_(15),C_(14)-C_(16),C_(15)-C_(16)二元体系及C_(13)-C_(14)-C_(15)-C_(16)四元体系的汽液平衡数据,并通过Herington面积检验法对实验数据的热力学一致性进行检验,最后以Wilson和NRTL方程为相平衡模型,采用化工辅助软件分别对6组二元及1组四元体系汽液平衡数据进行关联分析与比较,结果表明:实验数据符合热力学一致性且Wilson模型误差较小,四元体系中实验值与计算值相对偏差均<2%,说明实验值与计算值一致。研究结果为后续正构烷烃体系精馏分离提供基础数据。 In order to determine the phase equilibrium model in continuous distillation of normal alkanes,the vapour-liquid equilibrium(VLE)data of C 13-C 14,C 13-C 15,C 13-C 16,C 14-C 15,C 14-C 16,C 15-C 16 and C 13-C 14-C 15-C 16 were determined with single stage vapor-liquid equilibrium pot at 5 kPa.The experimental data were verified by Herington method to judge the thermodynamic consistency.At last,the data of binary and quaternary systems were corrected with Wilson and NRTL models by chemical engineering simulation software and compared with the experimental data.The results show that it passes the thermodynamic consistency test,Wilson model has smaller error,and the relative deviation of experiment and calculation is less than 2%,which means that the experimental data are consistent with the calculation results.The result provides theoretical basis data for the subsequent distillation process.
