马蹄荷木材材性与加工性能研究

摘要 【目的】为进一步加工利用马蹄荷木材及提高其附加值。【方法】以马蹄荷木材为研究对象,采用定性与定量的方法,对其物理力学性能和加工性能进行了研究。【结果】结果表明:马蹄荷木材的平均基本密度、气干密度和全/cm3、0. 525g/cm3;0. 525g/cm3;气干径向、弦向干缩率分别为2. 3%、3. 8%;全干径向、弦向干缩率分别为3. 5%、6. 4%;顺纹抗压强度为43. 2MPa,抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量分别为95. 1MPa和7590MPa。【结论】马蹄荷木材机械加工性能好,适合旋切和刨切薄木,其综合性能达到中等级材,为二类材。 【Objective】In order to further processing and use of Exbucklandia populnea and increase its added value.【Method】The physical and mechanical properties and processing properties of the wood were studied by qualitative and quantitative methods.【Result】The results showed that the average basic density,air dry density and total dry density of the wood were 0.442g/cm^3、0.525g/cm^3;0.525g/cm^3 respectively.The radial and chordal shrinkage rates of the whole stem are 3.5%and6.4%respectively,the compression strength of the parallel grain is 43.2 MPA,the flexural strength and modulus of elasticity are 95.1MPa and 7590 MPA respectively.【Conclusion】The wood has good mechanical processing performance and is suitable for cutting and planing thin wood.Its comprehensive properties reach the middle grade and belong to the second class wood.
