休闲农业与乡村旅游经营者状况调查及分析——基于广西调查数据

Survey and analysis of the operators of agritourism and rural tourism——Based on survey statistics in Guangxi

【[目的】分析广西休闲农业与乡村旅游经营管理人才队伍现状及经营者队伍的群体特征,为提升经营者队伍水平和促进行业发展提供理论基础和研究参考。【方法】通过问卷调查和访谈对广西休闲农业与乡村旅游经营者的14项指标进行调查和分析。【结果】广西休闲农业与乡村旅游经营者以25-45岁之间男性为主体,且大部分经营者具有敢拼敢闯的个性特点。不少经营者有过经营管理工作经历,大部分还同时从事农业产业相关工作。【建议】现有经营者队伍除了需要提升文化知识水平外,英语交流、电脑操作、网络应用、人际沟通等方面也需要加强培训。加快培养适应行业需要的经营管理人才和实用技能型人才是行业发展的关键。

【Objective】The study analyses the current situation of the management team of the rural tourism in Guangxi and aim at contributing to the literature and improving the management skills.【Method】By conducting the questionnaires and interviews,we survey and analysis 14 factors about the management team of the rural tourism in Guangxi.【Result】The main body of leisure agriculture and rural tourism operators in Guangxi is between 25 and 45 years of age,and most of the operators have the personality characteristics of dare to fight and dare to enter.Many operators have management experience,most also engaged in agricultural industry-related work.【Conclusion】The current management team not only need to improve the general knowledge,but also have to be trained on English communicating skills,computer techniques,internet implementation,and communication.It is vital for the industry development to accelerate training managers adapting to the need of the industry and having the practical skills.
