摘要
【目的】为对比不同生防菌对茄子青枯劳尔氏菌病害的生物防治效果,探讨防治青枯病的办法。本研究用几种微生物菌剂进行茄子青枯病田间防治试验,对HY-123、HY-113、HY-7、HY-1、HY-6和HY-601六个菌株处理,在田间管理一致的情况下,定期进行茄子青枯病病情统计和茄子总产量的统计,并处理数据。【结果】结果表明:使用HY-123处理可明显抑制茄子青枯病的发病率,且有较高的茄子产量,HY-1处理虽抑制茄子青枯病的发病率无HY-123处理的抑制性显著,但可以较高的提高茄子的产量;另青枯病在作物生长前期并无明显症状,但在作物生长后期突然爆发,导致作物大量死亡。【结论】使用HY-123处理可明显抑制茄子青枯病的发病率,且有较高的茄子产量,适合使用。
【Objective】In order to compare the biological control effect of different biocontrol bacteria on loriella disease of aubergine,the method of controlling bacterial wilt was discussed.In this study,several microbial agents were used for field control of eggplant wilt,HY-123,HY-113,HY-7,HY-1,HY-6 and six HY-601 under the condition of consistent field management,the disease statistics of eggplant wilt and the total production statistics of eggplant were conducted regularly,and the data were processed.【Result】This study shows that the use of HY-123 treatment significantly inhibited the incidence of bacterial wilt of eggplant,eggplant and a higher yield,HY-1 inhibition process,although the incidence of bacterial wilt of eggplant no HY-123 treatment significantly suppressed but it can yield higher increase eggplant;there is no other obvious symptoms of bacterial wilt in the crop growth stage,but in the late crop broke out,leading to crop large number of deaths.【Conclusion】Applying HY-123 treatment can significantly inhibit the incidence of wilt of eggplant,with the high yield,which is suitable for use.
