五味子酒对小鼠抗疲劳及抗氧化作用的试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究五味子酒对小鼠的抗疲劳及抗氧化作用。选用昆明系雄性小鼠40只,随机分为五味子酒低剂量组(0.2 g/kg·bw)、中剂量组(0.4 g/kg·bw)、高剂量组(0.8 g/kg·bw)和对照组(蒸馏水组)4组,连续灌胃30 d,观察小鼠疲劳转棒时间、跑步机电击次数;测定血浆中SOD活性、GSH活性、MDA、血乳酸、血尿素氮的含量。结果显示,五味子酒能明显延长小鼠疲劳转棒时间、减少跑步机电击次数,提高血清中SOD活性和GSH活力,降低MDA、乳酸和血清尿素氮含量。表明五味子酒具有抗疲劳及抗氧化功能作用,其作用可能是通过减少乳酸、血尿素氮生成和提高抗氧化酶的活性实现。 To study the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation effect of Schisandra win on mice. 40 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into low dose Schisandra wine group (0. 2g / kg), medium dose (0. 4g / kg), high dose (0. 8g / kg) and control group group (distilled water group). The mice in each group were given gavage for 30 days. The weight, time of fatigue turn bar, numbers of shock to the treadmill, the contents of SOD, GSH, MDA, blood lactic acid, and blood urea nitrogen of mice were measured. Our results showed that Schisandra wine significantly prolonged the time of mice fatigue turning bar, reduced the numbers of running electromechanical hits,and increased the activity of SOD and GSH in serum. It also decreased the content of MDA, lactic acid and serum urea. Our findings indicate that Schisandra wine has anti-fatigue and anti-oxidative effects, which may be achieved by reducing the production of lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen and enhancing the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
