土地生态服务的利益相关者研究进展

Progress of stakeholders research in land ecosystem service

土地是一切陆地生态系统的载体,土地生态服务的变化与社会经济的发展密不可分,因此从生态服务层面研究城市的土地类型、结构和功能是建设生态宜居城市、实现人类福祉的潜在有效途径.利益相关者理论认为目标的实现需要关注多方利益而不仅是一方.因此,将利益相关者理论引入土地利用研究领域,以生态服务为表征,科学分析其中的利益相关者问题,合理协调它们的利益安排,激励利益相关者参与共同管理对土地生态服务研究具有指导和借鉴意义.文章基于近10余年国内外关于土地生态服务的利益相关者研究,通过梳理利益相关者理论的发展脉络,分析其核心思想及在生态服务领域的适用性,并简要概括了该理论在其中的应用及所取得的主要进展,以期为土地生态服务的研究提供有意义的理论借鉴与指导.

Land is the carrier of all terrestrial ecosystems,and the change of its ecological services is closely related to the development of social economy.Therefore,it s a potential and effective way to construct an ecological livable city for human well-being through studying the types,structure,and functions of urban land from the perspective of ecological services.Stakeholder theory holds that the achievement of goals needs to consider multiple interests,not just one side.Hence,it s significant to apply stakeholder theory into the field of land use to take ecological services as the representation,by scientifically analyzing the stakeholder issues,rationally coordinating their interests,and encouraging stakeholders to participate in joint management.Based on the stakeholder studies on land ecological services at home and abroad in the past 10 years,this paper analyzes the core ideas and applicability of the stakeholder theory by combing its concepts and development context.The application and progress of this theory are briefly summarized as well so as to provides meaningful theoretical reference and guidance for land ecosystem services research.
