摘要
通过设置了不同浓度的硒处理,调查了各处理下POD(过氧化物酶)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)等生理特性酶以及游离氨基酸、茶多酚、水浸出物、酚氨比等主要影响品质的化学成分的变化,结果表明,较低浓度的硒处理(1 mg L^(-1))不会对粗壮女贞叶片内的防御体系产生不利影响,一般体内的生理酶活变化不明显,且游离氨基酸、水浸出物的含量最高,酚氨比最低,茶的苦涩味有所降低,茶多酚也有明显的提高,提高品质的效果较好。
In order to analyze the physiological characteristics and quality of Ligustrum robustum after selenium treatment, selenium treatment with different concentration was set up. Changes in the chemical composition of POD, SOD, CAT and free amino acids, tea polyphenols, water leachates, phenolic ratios, etc., which affect quality were investigated. The lower concentration of selenium treatment(1 mg·L^-1 ) will not adversely affect the defense system in the leaves of Ligustrum robustum . The physiological enzyme activity in the body is generally not obvious, and the content of free amino acids & water leachates is the highest, and the phenolic ammonia ratio is the lowest;the bitter & astringent taste of tea has been reduced, and tea polyphenols have also been significantly improved, and the effect of improving quality is optimal.
