摘要
将自由人槭'秋焰'不定芽苗置于MS改良培养基中,分别添加不同浓度的青霉素和"益培灵",培养7 d和21 d后调查瓶苗污染率,结果表明,添加20 mg L^(-1)"益培灵"效果最好,培养21 d后污染率在4.5%。
The adventitious buds of Acer×freemanii‘ Autumn Blaze’ were placed in MS modified medium, and different concentrations of penicillin and “Yipeiling” were added. After 7d and 21d, the contamination rate of the bottle was investigated. Result shows that the addition of 20 mg·L^-1 “Yipeiling” is the optimal, and the contamination rate is 4.5% after 21 days of culture.
