鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗配合护理干预对骨质疏松性骨折的影响效观察

The Effect of Deer Melon Polypeptide Injection Combined with Nursing Intervention on Osteoporotic Fracture

目的:探讨骨质疏松性骨折患者采用鹿瓜多肽注射治疗以及护理干预的效果。方法:以2016年5月至2018年3月于我院接受诊断和治疗的76例骨质疏松性骨折患者为研究对象,分为研究组和参照组,给予患者鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗,在治疗期间给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组综合护理,将两组的骨折愈合率、治疗前后的疼痛评分、骨密度以及生活质量评分进行对比。结果:治疗前,两组骨质疏松性骨折患者的疼痛评分均较高,P>0.05;且两组的生活质量评分以及骨密度均较低,P均>0.05。经过治疗以及护理干预,研究组的疼痛评分低于参照组,并且骨密度和生活质量评分均高于参照组,P<0.05。参照组的骨折愈合率率(78.95%)低于研究组(94.74%),P<0.05。结论:给予骨质疏松性骨折患者鹿瓜多肽治疗,并配合综合护理干预,可提高患者的骨密度,缓解患者的疼痛情况,促进患者骨折愈合,改善患者的生活质量,值得推荐。

Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with osteoporotic fracture treated with deer melon polypeptide. Methods: From May 2016 to March 2018, 76 patients with osteoporotic fracture received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital were divided into study group and control group. The patients were treated with deer melon polypeptide injection. Routine nursing was given to the reference group and comprehensive nursing was given to the study group during the treatment period. The fracture healing rate, pain score, bone mineral density and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, the pain scores of osteoporosis fracture patients in both groups were higher than those in the control group ( P >0.05). The quality of life score and bone mineral density were lower than 0.05 in both groups. After treatment and nursing intervention, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of bone mineral density and quality of life were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The fracture healing rate in the reference group (78.95%)was lower than that in the study group (94.74%)( P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of deer melon polypeptide in patients with osteoporotic fracture, combined with comprehensive nursing intervention, can improve the bone density of patients, relieve the pain of patients, promote the healing of fracture and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of recommendation.
