雌三醇乳膏联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗老年性阴道炎患者的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Estriol Cream Combined with Chloroquinadol-proline Vaginal Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的:探讨雌三醇乳膏联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗老年性阴道炎患者的疗效。方法:抽取2016年5月至2018年8月我院99例老年性阴道炎患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=49)。对照组给予氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片,观察组在对照组基础上给予雌三醇乳膏,连续治疗18d。统计两组临床疗效、不良反应,对比治疗前后阴道炎症状评分、阴道健康评分及血清雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、孕酮(P)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组79.59%(39/49)(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组阴道炎症状评分较低,阴道健康评分较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组血清E_2、P水平较低,FSH水平较高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:老年性阴道炎患者采用雌三醇乳膏联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗疗效确切,可调节性激素水平,改善阴道炎症状,重建阴道微生态环境,且安全性较高。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of estriol cream combined with chloroquinadol-proline vaginal tablets in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods: From May 2016 to August 2018, 99 patients with senile vaginitis were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group ( n =50)and control group ( n =49)by random number table method. The control group was given chloroquinadol-progestil vaginal tablets, and the observation group was given estriol cream on the basis of the control group for 18 days. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. The vaginal symptoms score, vaginal health score and serum estradiol (E2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)and progesterone (P)were compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50), which was higher than that of the control group (79.59%(39/49)). Compared with the control group, the vaginitis symptoms score was lower in the observation group after treatment. The health score was higher ( P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum E2 and P levels were lower and the FSH level was higher ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significant compared with the control group.( P >0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of senile vaginitis with estriol cream combined with chloroquinadol-proline vaginal tablets is effective, can regulate sex hormone levels, improve vaginal symptoms, reconstruct vaginal micro-ecological environment, and has high safety.
