摘要 目的:对纳米脂肪治疗瘢痕、皱纹、眶周衰老问题的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase数据库、Cochrane图书馆、The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trail(CENTRAL)、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国知网,收集所有关于纳米脂肪在整形外科临床应用方面的随机对照试验和病例系列报道。结果:检获符合纳入条件的文献共5个随机对照试验和6个病例系列报道。所有的研究结论均表明纳米脂肪在瘢痕和面部年轻化等方面的治疗具有有效性。结论:由于受纳入文献的数量和质量的限制,对于纳米脂肪的疗效暂无法得出明确结论。纳入的研究在方法学上尚存在缺陷,有必要设计更科学严谨的试验方案,开展更多、更高质量的随机对照试验来进一步支持这一结论。 Objective To systematically review the literatures about clinical outcomes of nanofat grafting in the treatment of scar, wrinkle and periorbital aging. Methods PubMed, Embase database, Cochrane Library, The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trail (CENTRAL), Wanfang database, VIP database and CNKI were searched to collect randomized controlled trials and case series about the clinical application of nanofat in plastic surgery. Results A total of 5 randomized controlled trials and 6 case series eligible for inclusion were collected. Based on the results of those trials, nanofat was effective in treating scars and achieving facial rejuvenation. However, the qualities of the 5 randomized controlled trials were assessed as moderate and high risk of bias,according to Cochrane Handbook Version 5.0. Conclusion Due to the limitations of the quantity and quality of all the literatures included, the conclusion on the efficacy of nanofat is not clear. Methodologically,There are defects in the included studies, thus, more rigorous trial protocols and more high quality randomized controlled trials are needed to further support this conclusion.
