改良切口结合全程护理干预在腮腺肿瘤切除术中的应用及对预后的影响

Effect of Modified Incision Combined with Whole-course Nursing Intervention in Parotid Tumor Resection and Its Influence on Prognosis of Patients

目的:探讨改良切口结合全程护理干预在腮腺肿瘤切除术中的应用及对患者预后的影响。方法:选择2014年1月-2018年10月笔者医院收治的90例腮腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,分为A组、B组和C组,每组各30例。A组采取改良切口结合全程护理进行干预,B组采取改良切口结合常规护理进行干预,C组采取传统手术切口结合常规护理进行干预。比较三组患者各手术指标和住院时间,术后随访6～12个月,比较术后并发症发生情况、手术疗效和患者满意度。结果:A和B组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度和住院时间等指标明显优于C组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A和B组术后发生面瘫、耳垂麻木、Frey’s综合症等并发症发生率明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B组患者治疗有效率明显高于C组,且与B、C组相比,A组患者满意度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良切口结合全程护理干预应用于腮腺肿瘤切除术,能显著降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度和手术疗效,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effect of modified incision combined with whole-course nursing intervention on prognosis of parotidectomy. Methods 60 patients with parotid tumor were selected as the research subjects from January 2014 to October 2018. According to the random number table method, the patients were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, 30 cases each.Group A was intervened by improved incision combined with whole course nursing, group B was intervened by improved incision combined with routine nursing, and group C was intervened by traditional incision combined with routine nursing.The operation indexes and hospitalization time were compared between the three groups. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared among all the patients. The therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction were compared. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length and length of stay in the group A and B were significantly better than those in the group C. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Postoperative complications such as facial paralysis, earlobe numbness and Frey's syndrome in the group A and B were significantly better than those in the group B and C(P <0.05).The effective rate of treatment in group A and B was significantly higher than that in group C, and the satisfaction of group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C(P <0.05). Conclusion Modified incision combined with whole-course nursing intervention in parotidectomy can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction and surgical efficacy, and improve the prognosis of patients.
