我国中小城市的活力营造研究——以福建省漳州市为例

A Study on the Vitality Promotion of Small and Medium Cities in China——Taking Zhangzhou,Fujian Province as an Example

城市活力是衡量一个城市可持续发展的指标之一,是构成城市各个要素在空间展示功能上的综合体现。由此,从城市活力的内涵出发,探究活力的构成要素,包括经济、文化、生态和社会管理等,进而尝试构建活力营造体系,最终以提升城市的品牌、竞争力为目标。漳州作为一个中小城市,要想在城市化进程中赢得地位,需从自身具有的活力元素出发,转变现代发展方式,落实活力营造原则,走以差异谋利益、以错位争地位和以变革促发展的城市活力营造之路。

This paper points out that urban vitality is one of the indicators of a city s level of sustainable development,and it is a comprehensive reflection of the functions of the various elements of the city.Therefore,starting from the connotation of urban vitality,we explore the components of vitality,including economy,culture,ecology and social management,and then try to build a vitality promotion system with the ultimate aim of improving the brand and the competitiveness of the city.As a small/medium-sized city,in order to gain recognition in the process of urbanization,Zhangzhou needs to rely on its own vitality elements,change its own mode of modern development,and practice the principle of vitality promotion.Moreover,it should construct urban vitality in the way of seeking benefits through differences,status through dislocation,and development through change.
