城镇化背景下雄安新区失地农民的就业破解机制

Employment Solutions for Land-lost Farmersin Xiong’an New Area under the Background of Urbanization

随着雄安新区的设立,越来越多的企业、高校、机构响应政府的号召入驻雄安新区。雄安新区城镇化的加快,为新区发展注入了新的活力;随之而来的副作用是更多的农民失去土地。一方面,农民丧失了谋生的基本途径,虽然有政府的土地赔偿金,但无法终生受保障;另一方面,由于缺乏知识和专业的技能,导致农民无法顺利转业,从事更高质量的工作,研究失地农民再就业迫在眉睫。因此,基于雄安新区失地农民为研究对象,从文献查阅入手,分析雄安新区城镇化进程中失地农民再就业现状及现实困境,分析其出现的原因,并为促进失地农民再就业提出相应的对策建议。

With the establishment of the Xiong an New Area,more and more enterprises,universities,and institutions have responded to the government s call to enter the Xiong an New Area.The acceleration of urbanization in Xiong an New Area has injected new vitality into its development.However,the side effect is that many farmers lose their land.On the one hand,farmers have lost the basic way of making a living,and the governmental land compensation does not guarantee life-long financial security for them.On the other hand,due to the lack of knowledge and professional skills,farmers are unable to transfer smoothly and engage in higher quality work.It is extremely urgent to study the reemployment of landless farmers.Therefore,this paper takes the landless farmers in Xiong an New Area as the research target,and starts from the literature review,analyzes the status quo and realistic predicament of the reemployment of landless farmers in the process of urbanization in Xiong an New Area,analyzes the reasons for its emergence,and proposes countermeasures to promote the reemployment.
