“对分课堂”教学法在高校金融专业类课程中的教学实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 "对分课堂"是复旦大学张学新教授针对当前大学课堂教学困境而提出的一种全新的教学模式,该模式将讲授与讨论相结合,强调隔堂讨论,主张在教学时间分配上教师讲授和学生讨论各占一半。文章把"对分课堂"教学法运用于高校金融类专业课中进行实践教学,从教学设计理念、教学设计思路及课堂的优化设计等几个方面进行了详细分析及反思,认为"对分课堂"教学法简明易用、效果显著,拓展了教学时空,增强了教学吸引力,避免了教师在课堂上"满堂灌",增加了师生互动、生生互动,培养了学生的批判性思维,促进其个性发展,使大学课堂真正成为学生主动学习的舞台。 PAD Class Mode is a brand-new teaching mode proposed by Professor Zhang Xuexin of Fudan University for the current college classroom teaching dilemma.This mode combines lectures and discussions,emphasizes classroom discussion,and advocates teachers teaching and students discussion taking up 50% of teaching time respectively.This paper applies PAD class mode into teaching practice in college financial courses and conducts analysis and reflection in detail from several aspects such as teaching design concept,teaching design ideas,and classroom optimization design.The results show that PAD class mode is simple and easy to use,and its effect is remarkable.It expands the teaching time and space,enhances the attraction of teaching,avoids the “cramming education” in class,increases interactions between teachers and students as well as interactions among students,cultivates students critical thinking,and promotes their personality development,turning university classroom truly into a stage for students to learn actively.
