摘要
社区作为城市的基本组成单位,在政府职能转变和权力下放的推进下,逐渐成为社区治理中的一个重要组成部分。北京Y街道积极响应国家的号召,深入践行创新社区治理机制的理念,大力引进社会工作专业人才,积极筹备社区社会工作者人才队伍建设。利用社会工作者和社区居民骨干相结合的模式,在提供个人专业服务、解决社区居民困难、推进社会公平与正义、促进整个社会和谐等方面发挥着重要的作用。但是Y街道社区社会工作者人才队伍建设的探索过程仍然存在一定的局限,主要体现在社会工作者专业性受到限制、社区动员能力不足、社区培训激励机制不完善等方面,还需要对这些问题作出进一步的回应。
As the basic unit of the city,the community has gradually become an important part of community governance under the promotion of government function transformation and decentralization.Beijing Y Street actively responded to the call of the state,practiced the concept of innovative community governance mechanism,vigorously introduced social work professionals,and actively prepared for the talent construction of social community.By combining social workers and community backbones,it plays an important role in providing personal professional services,solving difficulties of community residents,promoting social equity and justice,as well as promoting social harmony.However,the exploration of the social worker team construction in Y Street still has certain limitations,mainly reflected in the restrictions on the professionalism of social workers,the lack of community mobilization ability,and the imperfect community training incentive mechanism.Further responses are still needed to address these issues.
