6-BA及尿素对拟巫山淫羊藿根芽形成的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究适宜促进拟巫山淫羊藿根芽形成的措施。方法:秋末选用6-BA、尿素及二者综合处理进行灌根或喷叶处理,在不同的时期统计芽数量或新形成芽的萌发量,并采用高效液相的方法检测干燥成熟叶片中淫羊藿苷类黄酮成分的含量。结果:300 mg·L-1的尿素和60 mg·L-1的6-BA的综合灌根处理为促进冬芽形成的合适处理,冬末总芽数目较对照组高44. 08%(P <0. 05)。单独的6-BA 60 mg·L-1叶面喷施处理效果也较好,其第二年新萌发单株产量较对照组高22. 76%(P <0. 05)。以上两种处理对当年生叶片和第二年新萌发叶片中朝藿定C和总淫羊藿苷类成分含量不产生显著影响。结论:300 mg·L-1的尿素和60 mg·L-1的6-BA的综合处理灌根或6-BA 60 mg·L-1喷叶处理为促进根芽形成的合适处理。 Objective:To explore appropriate measures to promote formation of the buds of Epimedium pseudowushanense in late autumn.Methods:6-BA,urea and their comprehensive treatments were chosen to either spray to the root and rhizome or to the leaves.Then the number of buds developed in winter and the weight of branches germinated from these buds was recorded in different periods,and the content of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin in the dry leaves was detected by HPLC.Results:The comprehensive treatment of 6-BA 60 mg· L^-1 and urea 300 mg· L^-1 was the appropriate treatment to promote the formation of winter buds when sprayed to the rhizomes,the number of total buds was 44.08% higher than that of the control group( P <0.05).And 6-BA 60 mg· L^-1 alone was also proved to have a good effect on the leaf yields the next year(22.76% higher than that of the control group( P <0.05)when sprayed to leaves.These two treatments had no significant effect on the contents of epimedin C and the total such flavonoids in the leaves right after medical treatment and newly developed ones from winter buds.Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of 6-BA 60 mg· L^-1 and urea 300 mg· L^-1 sprayed to rhizomes or 6-BA 60 mg· L^-1 sprayed to the leaves are the appropriate treatments to promote the formation of winter buds.
