基于泵工况参数实时监测系统确立蓬莱油田油井合理套压 被引量:3

摘要 蓬莱油田目前很多单井受泵型、排量等限制,需要在保证油井稳定运行下进一步挖掘潜能,则必须从泵工况各项参数调节入手,套压控制是一项非常重要的手段。通过分析油套环形空间内的油气水三相分布状态,提出了基于泵工况参数实时监测系统的套压调整技术,再拟合泵吸入口和出口压力数据,得到不同套压大小下的泵效,分类确定油井合理套压。针对蓬莱油田单井井底流压较高且一直很难优化的井,通过该方法可以找到最佳泵效率的工作点并降低井底流压,实现油井稳定并增产。 At present,many single wells are limited by pump type,displacement,etc.,it is necessary to ensure the stable operation of the well to further tap the potential,while the pump working conditions of various parameters must be regulated.Casing pressure control is a very important manner.By studying and analyzing the three-phase distribution state of oil,gas and water in the annular space of oil jacket,the casing pressure adjustment technology based on the real time monitoring system of pump working condition parameters was proposed,and then the pump inlet and outlet pressure data were fitted to obtain the pump efficiency comparison under different casing pressure sizes,and the reasonable casing pressure of oil well was determined by classification.Aiming at the well with high bottom hole flow pressure and always difficult to optimize in Penglai oilfield,this method can find the best working point of pump efficiency and reduce the bottom hole flow pressure,so as to achieve oil well stability and increase well production.
