漏斗胸Nuss术不同年龄组的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Different Age Groups in Funnel Chest Nuss

目的探讨漏斗胸Nuss术应用在不同年龄患儿的临床效果,并分析并发症发生情况。方法方便选择该院2014年7月—2015年11月期间所收治的93例漏斗胸患儿作为该次研究病例,按照年龄进行分组治疗,A、B、C 3组各31例,A组年龄范围为12岁以上,B组年龄范围为8～12岁,C组年龄范围为4～7岁,对比分析3组患儿的临床指标与并发症发生情况。结果 A组优良率为80.64%,B组优良率为90.32%,C组优良率为96.77%,组间比较无明显差异,A、C组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.026 0,P<0.05),A组并发症发生率为58.06%,B组并发症发生率为22.58%,C组并发症发生率为12.90%,A、C组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.564 7,P<0.05),A组的手术时长明显多于B组与C组,差异明显,3组手术后下床时间比较,有显著的统计学差异,随着年龄的增长,患儿手术后的下床时间越晚。结论不同年龄组患儿实施漏斗胸Nuss术的效果均良好,年龄越小并发症越少,治疗优良率越高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of funnel chest Nuss in children of different ages and to analyze the occurrence of complications.Methods 93 children with funnel chest who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to November 2015 were convenient selected as the study cases.Grouped according to age,31 cases in group A,B and C,age range of group A of 12 years,the age range of group B was 8-12 years old,and the age range of group C was 4-7 years old.The clinical indexes and complications of the three groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate was 80.64% in group A,90.32% in group B,and 96.77% in group C.There was no significant difference between groups.There was statistical difference between group A and group C (χ^2=4.026 0,P<0.05).The incidence of complication was 58.06% in group A,22.58% in group B,and 12.90% in group C.There was statistical significance between group A and group C (χ^2=6.5647,P<0.05).The length of operation in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C.The difference was significant.There was a statistically significant difference in the time of bed-out between the three groups.With age,the later the bedtime after surgery .Conclusion The effect of funnel-thoracic Nuss in children of different age groups is good.The younger the less the complications,the higher the excellent rate of treatment.
