经耳内镜鼓膜置管治疗中耳炎的应用与临床疗效分析

Application of Endoscopic Tympanostomy Tube in the Treatment of Otitis Media and Clinical Efficacy Analysis

目的观察分析实施经耳内镜鼓膜置管治疗中耳炎的效果。方法方便选取在该院接受治疗的分泌性中耳炎患者,病例数为146例,选取时间段为2016年1月—2017年8月。利用随机数字法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组,各73例。对照组患者均接受常规的药物治疗方式,观察组患者接受耳内镜下鼓膜置管术疗法。分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果观察组患者总疗效率为98.63%,对照组患者的总疗效率为68.49%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.194,P<0.05),观察组中患者的中耳积液时间以及复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.715,χ2=6.492,P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后阶段的气导听阈和气骨导差均显著比对照组有更好的改善效果,差异有统计学意义(t=6.826、7.243,P<0.05)。结论临床上针对分泌性中耳炎运用经耳内镜鼓膜置管疗法效果良好,患者病情改善明显,复发率低,有效的促进听力恢复,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of otitis media with tympanic membrane in the treatment of otitis media.Methods The number of patients with secretory otitis media who were conveniently selected and treated in our hospital was 146.The time period was from January 2016 to August 2017.They were grouped by random number method and divided into 73 cases in the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy,and the patients in the observation group underwent endoscopic tympanostomy.The difference in treatment effect between the two groups was analyzed.Results The total response rate was 98.63% in the observation group and 68.49% in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ^2=15.194,P<0.05).The middle ear effusion time of the patients in the observation group and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (t=4.715,χ^2=6.492,P<0.05).The air conduction threshold and the air-bone conduction difference in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant (t=6.826,7.243,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of endoscopic tympanostomy tube therapy for secretory otitis media is effective.The patient's condition is improved obviously,the recurrence rate is low,and the hearing recovery is effective,which has high clinical promotion value.
