心理认知护理干预在抑郁症患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application of Psychological Cognitive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Depression

目的分析对抑郁症患者实施心理认知护理干预后患者抑郁症状和生活质量的改善情况及对护理的满意程度。方法方便选取该院2017年2月—2018年2月间收治的134例抑郁症患者作为研究对象。随机分成实验组(67例)和对照组(67例)。对照组在治疗过程中对患者实施常规的护理,实验组则在常规护理的基础上对患者实施心理认知护理。将实验组和对照组的抑郁症状和生活质量的改善情况及患者对护理的满意程度进行对比。结果实验组患者焦虑评分(1.68±0.42)分与对照组患者焦虑评分(3.13±0.52)分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=17.756 2,P<0.05)。实验组患者社会交往评分评分(67.9±5.4)分与对照组患者社会交往评分(51.6±4.5)相比,差异有统计学意义(t=18.980 9,P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者实施心理认知护理干预能够显著缓解患者的抑郁症分状况,患者的生活质量也得到明显提升,由此,心理认知护理在抑郁症患者的治疗中具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the improvement of depressive symptoms and quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing after psychological cognitive nursing intervention in patients with depression.Methods Convenient select a total of 134 patients with depression from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into experimental group (67 cases) and control group (67 cases).The control group performed routine nursing care during the treatment,and the experimental group performed psychological cognitive care on the basis of routine care.The depressive symptoms and quality of life improvement of the experimental group and the control group and the patient's satisfaction with the care were compared.Results The anxiety score of the experimental group (1.68±0.42)points was significantly higher than that of the control group (3.13±0.52)points,which was statistically significant(t=17.756 2,P<0.05).The social interaction score of the experimental group (67.9±5.4)points was statistically significant compared with the social interaction score of the control group (51.6±4.5)points(t=18.980 9,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological cognitive nursing intervention for patients with depression can significantly alleviate the depression status of patients,and the quality of life of patients is also significantly improved.Therefore,psychological cognitive nursing has clinical promotion value in the treatment of patients with depression.
