护理程序在白血病护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Nursing Procedure in Leukemia Nursing

目的探讨护理程序在白血病护理中的应用效果。方法便利选取2017年2月—2018年5月该院收治的白血病患者120例,随机分为研究组与对照组,根据患者的病情进行相应的化疗,研究组进行程序性护理,系统解决患者的健康问题,在两组患者化疗结束后观察分析其治疗效果。结果研究组患者的护理满意度95.00%明显高于对照组78.33%(χ2=7.935,P=0.024);并发症发生情况方面,研究组患者出血、胃肠道反应、感染以及肝肾功能的发生率均显著低于对照组(χ2=11.543,P=0.263);研究组生活质量各指标评分高于对照组(t=17.723,P=0.031)。结论白血病患者化疗后采取程序性护理方法可以明显提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生风险,提高患者的满意度,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing procedures in leukemia nursing.Methods Convenient select a total of 120 patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The corresponding chemotherapy was performed according to the patient's condition.The study group performed procedural nursing to systematically solve the patient's health.The problem was observed after the end of chemotherapy in the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.33%)(χ^2=7.935,P=0.024).In the case of complications,the bleeding,gastrointestinal reactions,infection and liver and kidney function occurred in the study group.The rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ^2=11.543,P=0.263);the scores of the quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group (t=17.723,P=0.031).Conclusion The use of procedural nursing methods after chemotherapy in leukemia patients can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce the risk of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.It should be further promoted and applied clinically.
