高速公路服务区客运接驳站布局与交通组织设计 被引量:6

摘要 高速公路服务区客运接驳站作为长途客运接驳的主要设施,能够满足旅客出行的多样化需求,提高长途交通运输安全水平。为减少客运接驳站对服务区原有交通的影响,提高换乘效率和保障交通安全,有必要对接驳站在服务区的布局方案和相应的交通组织进行研究。根据客运接驳站相对于服务区主功能区的位置,将客运接驳站的布局方案划分为独立设置和与主功能区一体的两类,研究不同布局方案的特征和选择要点,提出服务区客运接驳站的交通组织原则与评价指标,作为选取布局方案的主要依据,给出了接驳站的运行管理建议。以江苏省高邮龙奔服务区为例,提出了适应于该服务区的客运接驳站点的布局方案和交通组织设计,并对方案进行评价和比选。 As the main facility of long-distance transport connections,the transferring station of freeway service area can meet the variety demands of travelers and improve the safety level of longdistance transport.In order to reduce the impact of transferring station to original traffic of service and improve the transfer efficiency and traffic safety,it is worth studying its layout and designing the corresponding traffic organization scheme.Based on the layout actuality of transferring station relative to the main function building,the layout is divided into two types:independent setting and integrated with the main functional building.Then the characteristics and selection key points of the two layout schemes were studied.Accordingly,the principles and evaluation indicators of traffic organization were proposed,which as the main reason for choosing proper layout scheme.The operation management suggestions of the transferring station were suggested so as to operate smoothly and safely.At last,taking the Longben service area of Gaoyou in Jiangsu province as example,the layout schemes and corresponding traffic organization design were proposed and evaluated for choosing the proper layout scheme.
