高速公路沥青路面施工机械碳排放测算模型 被引量:14

摘要 为了降低高速公路沥青路面碳排放,对沥青路面各施工机械设备消耗的电能和燃油进行分析,根据燃油和电能的热值与碳排放因子,采用理论法构建了沥青路面施工机械碳排放测算模型。在满足益娄高速公路路面施工沥青混合料供给以及施工工期的情况下,介绍了3个不同型号组合的沥青路面施工机械设计方案。通过运用沥青路面碳排放测算模型,测算得到施工机械方案1、方案2和方案3碳排放当量分别为:21 869、23 722和29 346 t。研究表明,方案1施工机械碳排放当量为最小方案,是最适合益娄高速公路路面施工的施工机械方案。此外,计算结果表明,在沥青路面施工碳排放总量中,沥青拌和站碳排放量所占比例大于87. 0%,是影响沥青路面碳排放的关键施工机械,为此,本文提出了3个降低沥青拌和站碳排放措施,为沥青路面低碳施工提供理论依据。 In order to reduce the carbon emission of highway asphalt pavement,this paper analyzes the electric energy and fuel consumption of each construction machinery and equipment of asphalt pavement.Based on the electric energy and all kinds of fuel carbon emission factors,this paper blisheestas a model to calculate the carbon emission of asphalt pavement constructionmachinery by theoretical method.This thesis will provide three asphalt mixing station construction schemes and corresponding road construction machinery for Yi Lou expressway by satisfying the requirements of construction period and asphalt mixture supply.By the calculation model of asphalt pavement carbon emission,the carbon emission equivalent of construction machinery was calculated and compared.The research shows that the first scheme is the smallest and is the most suitable for the road construction of the Yi-Lou Expressway.In addition,the key construction machinery that affects the carbon emissions of asphalt pavement is the asphalt mixing station.Therefore,this paper puts forward measures to reduce carbon emissions for this machine and provides a theoretical basis for the concrete low-carbon construction of asphalt pavement.
