中共十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央积极应对香港、澳门不断变化的新情况,港澳工作取得许多新突破、新发展,进一步深化了对"一国两制"的规律性认识。把维护中央对香港、澳门特别行政区全面管治权和保障特别行政区高度自治权有机结合起来,确保"一国两制"方针不会变、不动摇,确保"一国两制"实践不变形、不走样,依法治港治澳不断形成制度成果,融入国家发展大局迈出坚实步伐,增强国家观念和爱国精神的各项举措稳步实施,"一国两制"实践取得了丰硕成果。

Organically combining the Central Government’s overall administration and governance over Hong Kong and Macao and Special Administrative Regions’ high autonomy, ensuring the policy of “one country, two systems” remaining unchanged and unshakable, remaining the practice of “one country, two systems” unchanged, constantly forming institutional achievements in administering Hong Kong and Macao according to law, integrating them into the overall situation of national development and taking solid steps, steadily implementing various measures to strengthen national concepts and patriotism, the practice of “one country, two systems” has achieved fruitful achievements.
