上海解放后的铁路接管工作研究

上海解放后,上海市军事管制委员会财政经济接管委员会下辖的铁道处开始对铁路实行接管。为迅速恢复铁路运营、稳定社会秩序,在接管初期,铁道处延续了部分旧时铁路管理制度和留用了部分旧人员。随着接管工作的深入和铁路运营工作逐渐有序开展,上海市人民政府和军管会开始对上海铁路局进行全面改造,使其转变为为人民服务的铁路。

After the liberation of Shanghai, the railway department under the Financial and Economic Takeover Committee of the Military Control Commission began to take over the railway. In order to quickly restore railway operation and stabilize social orders, the railway department continued to use some old railway management policies and some old personnel in the early period of takeover. With the deepening of the takeover work and the gradual orderly operation of the railway, the People’s Government of Shanghai Municipal and the Military Control Commission began to carry out a comprehensive transformation of the Shanghai Railway Administration and transformed it into a railway serving the people.
