长期护理保险制度中日对比研究及启示

Comparison of Sino-Japanese long-term care insurance system and enlightenment to China

从我国长期护理保险制度的政策基础和试点情况入手,分析了我国长期护理制度的发展现状。在综合分析日本长期护理制度建立与改革的基础上,通过综合对比两国长期护理保险的制度差异,从保险人、保险对象、保险资金和保险给付等4个方面,提出建立和完善我国长期护理制度的建议和措施。

This paper summarizes the current situation of China's long-term care insurance system from the basic aspects of current policy and pilot situation. Based on the comprehensive analysis of establishment and reformation of Japan's long-term care insurance system,and comparison of the differences in long-term care insurance system of these two countries,the paper puts forward the practical measures to establish and perfect the long-term care insurance system in China from four aspects such as insurer,insurance object,insurance funds and insurance payment.
