摘要
为了研究某新型风幕式抽油烟机工作下的厨房环境,建立了基于零方程湍流模型的标准试验厨房CFD数值模型,并利用6?标准化处理后的油烟浓度测试数据对计算模型和分析流程进行标定分析,建立了实测油烟浓度与水蒸气仿真油烟浓度之间的近似关系式,利用标定后的模型对厨房内的气流组织状态进行了详细的模拟分析研究,最后利用该模型有效地模拟了不同风幕状态下的厨房环境,为评估及改善厨房环境奠定了基础.
In order to study the kitchen environment of a new type range hood with air curtain, a CFD model based on zero-equation turbulence theory is established in this paper. It simulates a standard experimental kitchen. The model is calibrated by the test data obtained from the kitchen cooking fume concentration test. And the data was processed by 6? approach. A relationship between the measured cooking fume concentration and the simulated steam vapor concentration is established approximately. The calibrated model is able to simulate the air distribution characteristics in the ventilated kitchen. It can also be used to analyze the kitchen environment with different air curtains of the range hood and offer a basis for evaluating and improving the kitchen environment.
