行动导向型教学法的研究生导师“三导”与创新人才培养

Action-Oriented Teaching, Graduate Tutoring and Innovative Talent Training

创新高校人才培养机制,是社会主义现代化建设新阶段对创新人才培养的新要求。研究生作为创新性人才的主力军,导师对他们的"引导、指导和督导"十分重要。行动导向型教学法中的三个原则中,领域教学原则帮助导师引导学生"入门",自主活动原则帮助导师指导学生研究"方法",能力本位原则帮助导师督导研究"质量"。在此过程中,导师带领学生了解最前沿的研究领域,培养学生的问题意识;激发学生的主体意识,让学生掌握研究方法;对学生采取适宜的督导模式,完善研究生培养的督导机制。"三导"机制环环相扣,相互促进,自成体系。导师如果能够将"三导"的循环作用机制与实际教学有机结合,学生的研究创新能力就能在实际训练中得到提高。

It is a new requirement for higher learning institutions to innovate the personnel training mechanism in the new stage of socialist modernization,especially for the education of graduates as the main force of innovative talents.This research explored the three principles of the action-oriented teaching method,of which the domain teaching principle helps the tutor guide students to “getting started” while the independent principle helps students study “methods”,with the competency-based principle to assist tutors in supervising graduate research quality.In the process of guidance,a tutor leads the students to understand the most cutting-edge research field to cultivate their problem-solving awareness,stimulate students’ consciousness of subjectivity to equip them with effective research method,and appropriately supervise them to perfect the tutoring mechanism of graduate training.This 3-dimensional principles are inherently interconnected,and interactive as a whole system that can be applied in actual teaching to help train students' research and innovation capability.
