宁波市南高教园区升级发展问题研究

On the Upgrading Development of South Ningbo Higher Education Zone

进入高等教育普及化发展阶段的高教园区面临升级发展的现实问题。通过调研宁波市南高教园区6所高校学生培养、横向科研经费、成果转化收入及年度决算经费等,结合专家访谈得出:宁波市南高教园区升级发展中存在的园区整体实力不强、学科专业与产业衔接不紧、毕业生留甬比例不高、园区规划需要完善等。据此提出升级高教园区的功能定位、做大做强优势学科专业、推进学科专业产业链的建立、以国际化推动园区升级发展等建议。

The designated zones for colleges and universities are facing the challenges of upgrading development in the era of popularization of higher education.This paper investigated the current situation of the six higher learning institutions in the South Ningbo Higher Education Zone in the perspectives of student training,horizontal research funding,income from academic transfer,and annual final accounts.It turned to expert interview to reveal such existing issues and problems in the upgrading development of the zone as the overall strength for further improvement,the disconnection between disciplines and industries,the low proportion of graduates’ employment in Ningbo,and the planning needed to be improved.It,thus,explored the workable measures to be taken to upgrade the functional position of the zone,strengthen the construction of dominant disciplines,advance the cooperation between disciplines and industries,and promote the development of the park through internationalization of higher education.
