疏肝理气法在社区消化不良治疗中的临床效果观察

Effect of soothing the liver and regulating qi in the treatment of community indigestion

目的:探讨疏肝理气法治疗社区消化不良的效果。方法:收治社区消化不良患者100例,平分两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予疏肝理气法治疗,对比两组患者中医证候疗效和幽门螺杆菌变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者的中医证候疗效分别为96.00%、86.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者幽门螺杆菌转阴率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均没有出现明显不良反应,并完成治疗。结论:疏肝理气法治疗社区消化不良效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of soothing the liver and regulating qi in the treatment of community indigestion. Methods:100 patients with dyspepsia in community were selected,they were divided equally into the two groups,the control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given the method of soothing the liver and regulating qi.The curative effect of TCM syndrome,the change of Helicobacter pylori and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups was 96.00%/86.00% with significant difference(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group,and the treatment was completed.Conclusion:The method of soothing the liver and regulating qi is effective in the treatment of community indigestion.
