产科护理安全隐患分析及防范对策

Analysis of hidden dangers and preventive measures of obstetric nursing safety

目的:对产科护理中存在的安全隐患以及相应的防范措施进行分析和探讨。方法:收治产妇患者240例,平分两组。对照组采用常规护理,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行安全隐患分析并开展防范措施,对两组患者的护理满意度和护理差错发生率进行统计比较。结果:试验组患者护理满意度97%,护理差错率3%,对照组分别为90%、19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对产科护理安全隐患进行分析并制定相应防范措施,能够提高护理质量,降低护理差错的发生概率,促进护患和谐。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the hidden dangers and corresponding preventive measures in obstetric care. Methods:240 maternal patients were selected,they were divided into the two group equally.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while patients in the experimental group were analyzed for safety hazards on the basis of routine nursing and preventive measures were taken.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing errors between the two groups were statistically compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97%,the nursing error rate was 3%,the control group was 90%,19%,P<0.05 the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:By analyzing the safety hazards of obstetric care and formulating corresponding preventive measures,it can greatly improve the quality of care,reduce the probability of nursing errors,and promote the harmony of nurses and patients.
