输出电压自适应的混合模式激光电源

摘要 本文针对输出电流100A,功率2200W,电压小于45V的激光电源需求,设计了基于LLC半桥谐振电路和线性恒流源两级串联混合模式工作激光电源。该电源前级供电电路采用LLC半桥谐振电路拓扑,并使之在中高功率段实现了ZVS开通和ZCS关断,在低功率段采用固定频率简单脉宽调制方式工作。并根据激光巴条所需驱动电压,自动调整前级开关电压的输出电压,使线性恒流源功率管保持恒定压降。最终采用该电源与西安必盛激光科技有限公司进行了关于金属材料表面调质的试验。 Aiming at the demand of laser power supply with output current 100A, power 2200W and voltage less than 45V, a laser power supply based on LLC half bridge resonant circuit and linear constant current source two-stage series hybrid mode is designed. The front-stage power supply circuit adopts LLC half-bridge resonant circuit topology, which makes ZVS turn on and ZCS turn off in the middle and high power band, and works in the low power band with fixed frequency and simple pulse width modulation. According to the required driving voltage of the laser bar, the output voltage of the front switching voltage is automatically adjusted to keep the constant voltage drop of the linear constant current source power transistor. Finally, the power supply and Xi’an Bisheng Laser Technology Co., Ltd. were used to conduct a test on surface conditioning of metal materials.
