摘要 随着空中交通流量的不断增加,传统导航方式越来越难以应对日益繁忙的航班需求,基于性能的导航(PBN)作为一种新型导航理念正在逐步取代传统导航模式,PBN在全球范围内得到广泛的实施和推广,对于民航事业的发展有着举足轻重的作用。本文首先回顾了传统陆基导航系统的局限性,然后简介了基于性能的导航(PBN)的含义、RNAV、RNP两种规范和导航设施,并指出基于性能的导航(PBN)的优势所在以及在推广实施过程中面临的挑战和难点。 With the increasing air traffic flow, it is more and more difficult for traditional navigation methods to cope with the increasingly busy flight demand. As a new navigation concept, performance-based navigation (PBN) is gradually replacing the traditional navigation mode. PBN has been widely implemented and promoted worldwide, and plays an important role in the development of civil aviation. This paper first reviews the limitations of traditional land-based navigation systems, then briefly introduces the meaning of performance-based navigation (PBN), the two specifications of RNAV and RNP and navigation facilities, and points out the advantages of performance-based navigation (PBN), as well as the challenges and difficulties faced in the process of popularization and implementation.
