摘要
本文主要研究了含钯废活性炭催化剂中金属钯的回收。其间运用洗涤预处理、高温焙烧的方法,除去含钯废活性炭催化剂中的大部分有机物及载体炭,得到的钯精矿经还原后用盐酸和氯酸钠浸出。本文考察了焙烧方式和氯化铵沉淀温度等因素对钯回收率的影响,得到钯的回收率99.5%,纯度不低于99.95%。
This paper mainly studies the recovery of metal palladium in palladium-containing waste activated carbon catalyst. In the meantime, most of the organic matter and the carrier carbon in the palladium-containing waste activated carbon catalyst are removed by washing pretreatment and high-temperature calcination, and the obtained palladium concentrate is reduced by leaching with hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorate. In this paper, the effects of calcination mode and ammonium chloride precipitation temperature on the recovery of palladium were investigated. The recovery of palladium was 99.5% and the purity was not less than 99.95%.
