摘要
本文主要对粒度低于38μm的微细粒辉钼矿在不添加或添加柴油时的浮选动力学进行研究。结果发现,在添加柴油体系中,增加柴油用量可使疏水团聚体的粒径增大,使浮选速率常数提高,使微细粒辉钼矿的浮选效率增大;在柴油体系中,辉钼矿颗粒的聚集行为会受到pH的影响,其对辉钼矿颗粒的聚集行为起着促进作用。
In this paper, the flotation kinetics of fine-grained molybdenum ore with a particle size of less than 38 μm is added without adding or adding diesel. It was found that in the diesel fuel system, increasing the amount of diesel fuel can increase the particle size of the hydrophobic agglomerate, increase the flotation rate constant, and increase the flotation efficiency of the fine-grained molybdenite. In the diesel system, the aggregation behavior of molybdenite particles is affected by pH, which promotes the aggregation behavior of molybdenite particles.
